Outre la mission de direction générale des 2 filiales historiquement indépendantes, j'ai mis en place une organisation permettant de rapprocher ces deux entités en recherchant et développant les synergies existantes, telles que fonctions RH, Qualité, Maintenance, et Finances.
J'ai également traité un dossier d'augmentation de capacité de notre autorisation d'exploitation en vue du développement de l'activité de broyage, en lien avec la DREAL.

Lors de cette création j'ai eu la chance d'avoir toutes les casquettes, commerciale, opérationnelle, finances, juridique, etc.
Expérience très riche sur plan humain car j'ai dû sortir de ma "bulle de confort" notamment sur le volet commercial, sur une activité très peu connu à l'époque des prospects.

After some years in aeronautic area, I have decided with 2 co-founders to create a compagny of exploitation of drones.

Merging aeronautic and military backgrounds, IT skills and sustainable development ideas, we offer now services for precision Viticulture and Agriculture, for environnemental surveys, follow-up of construction site, determining stockpile volumes, and so on.

I was hired at this position to reorganized the department and implement a new work spirit, based on a lean organization.

- Management, supervision, recruitment, organization and training of 120 people, duties on 3x8;
- Manage investments, more than 100 GSE.
- Perform individual interviews, internal meetings
- Manage projects.
- Drive contracts with third companies (British Airways, Easyjet, SAS, Turkish Airways, Swiss, KLM,…).
Actions / Realizations :
 Activities reorganization, enforce new dynamism;
 Re-engineering, redaction of procedures and standards operations ;
 Implementation of a dedicate planning application;
 Realization of an integrated application in APEX 4.1 environment
 98 % of flights off-blocks on time at 0 minute;
 99 % baggage delivered in scope targets (First bag 5’, last bag 25/35’);

Management of workshops carrying out preventive and curative maintenance of a fleet made up of 70 aircrafts and 500 military vehicules.
Provide Logistical services for the regiment during operationnal or stand by time.
